Terms

The short version. Electreec is a marketplace — we connect buyers and sellers, we're not party to the sale itself. You agree to use the platform honestly. We agree to run it honestly.

Using Electreec

You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information about any vehicle you list, and to not misrepresent its condition, history, or battery state. Bait pricing is not allowed.

Listings

Every claim on a listing must either be verifiable evidence (uploaded reports, decoded VINs, automated checks) or honestly labelled as self-declared. Listings that mislead — by omission or otherwise — may be removed without notice.

Our role

Electreec is not a party to the sale. We don't hold funds, take custody of vehicles, or warrant the condition of any car. We do verify identities and battery diagnostics where the listing claims we do — that's it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electreec SRL is not liable for the outcome of any transaction between users. Statutory consumer protections in your country apply to your dealings with sellers, where relevant.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms — we'll tell you why, in plain language.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the courts of Cluj-Napoca, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
